Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. You add a card to start your trial, but you won't be charged until it ends, cancel anytime before then.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new plan features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What counts as an "application"?
Each unique domain or subdomain you monitor counts as one application. For example, app.example.com and api.example.com would count as two applications.
Do I need to install anything?
No. StackShield monitors your application externally, just like an attacker would. You just provide your URL and we handle the rest. No packages, agents, or code changes required.
What happens after the free trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, your account moves to a read-only state. Your scan history is preserved, but no new scans will run. You can subscribe at any time to resume monitoring.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet, but we're considering it. Contact us if you're interested in annual billing and we'll work something out.
What if I need more than 25 applications?
Contact us for a custom enterprise plan. We can accommodate any number of applications with volume pricing.
